60 1 inch phyllo cups
3/4 cup fig preserves
15 oz. whipped goat cheese
60 toasted almond slices
- Fill phyllo cups with 1/2 teaspoon fig preserves.
- Top preserves with 1/4 oz. rosette of goat cheese, piped with small star tip.
- Stand one slice of toasted almond on top of each rosette.
