The perfect bite, this appetizer pairs sweet figs, tangy goat cheese and toasted almonds in a crispy phyllo cup.


60 1 inch phyllo cups
3/4 cup fig preserves
15 oz. whipped goat cheese
60 toasted almond slices


  1. Fill phyllo cups with 1/2 teaspoon fig preserves.
  2. Top preserves with 1/4 oz. rosette of goat cheese, piped with small star tip.
  3. Stand one slice of toasted almond on top of each rosette.
  4. Serve warm
