Thai Grilled Cheese

This recipe was created by a group of chefs during the FSD Chefs' Summit ideation session at The Ohio State University in October 2018. This particular recipe was made using a variety of market basket ingredients, as well as specialty ingredients provided by a sponsor of the event, Land O'Lakes.



1/2 cup potatoes diced and fried

2 t curry paste

2 T chopped green onion

1 T chopped cilantro

1 T chopped green chilis

1 T Alfredo sauce

1/2 cup white extra melt cheese

1 t. basil 1 T oil


1. Combine the filling.

2. Grill the bread.

3. Spread the cheese on both sides of the flatbread.

4. Add the filling.

5. Grill until melted.
