300g PreGel 5-Star Chef Pastry Select™ Pronto Crème Brûlée
500g milk
500g cream
50g PreGel 5-Star Chef Pastry Select™ Cinnamon Compound
Steps
- Whisk together all ingredients.
- Pour into ramekins and allow to set.
- Sprinkle granulated sugar on top of the crème brûlée and caramelize with a torch; serve immediately.
