Craisin Farro Salad
Jump on the grain train with this slightly sweet and tangy farro salad. Craisins and fresh herbs set this salad apart.
Ingredients
1 quart cooked farro
1 cup Craisins
2 oz. chiffonade fresh basil
2 oz. fresh cilantro
2 oz. fresh parsley
2 oz. extra virgin olive oil
1 oz. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
Steps
- Mix together oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Combine with remaining ingredients.
