No sugar is used in this dish—the sweetness comes from fresh mango with a kick from Thai chili garlic sauce.
6# 4oz. tilapia
1 tbsp. 2 tsp. ground paprika
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Sweet Chili Mango Sauce: Yield: 25 oz.
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tsp. minced ginger
2 oz. diced red onion
2 oz. sweet red peppers
1 each fresh mango, diced
1 1/2 cup Thai chili garlic sauce
1/2 tsp. cilantro
- Place filets in greased 2-inch hotel pan, brush with oil mixture.
- Season fish with salt and pepper.
- Bake in 400°F oven until fish is firm, but not falling apart.
- Top each portion with 1 ounce mango chili sauce, garnish with cilantro.
