This is the best thing I’ve ever put in my mouth. The flavors are intense—crispy rice on the bottom layer is topped with sorrel pesto, preserved Meyer lemons, hot sauce, watermelon radish, feta cheese and a poached egg. This dish is so memorable and my absolute favorite.

This grain bowl was dynamic and magical—it blew my mind. It combines roasted sweet potatoes with a curried sweet potato coconut sauce over black rice with daikon, cucumber, cilantro and Thai basil. Forage is a fast casual, but they fry wonton strips to order if you want to add them to your bowl.
