Chilean Cider
Apples and raisins combine with ginger ale and fresh agave sour to create a refreshing Latin-inspired beverage.
Ingredients
1 oz. Dole Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Apples, partially thawed
1 oz. Dole Seedless Raisins
2 oz. apple juice
1 oz. Fresh Agave Sour (see Vietnamese Cinnamon Drink for recipe)
1 oz. ginger ale
Cinnamon sugar for garnish
Steps
1. Muddle apples and raisins in shaker. Combine apple juice and Fresh Agave Sour in shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and pour into glass with ice.
2. Top with ginger ale and additional ice. Garnish with cinnamon sugar, if desired.
