The Mocktail Project
Jesse Hawkins founded The Mocktail Project in 2017 and, during the pandemic, created The Conscious Cocktailer, a mobile cart for to-go alcohol-free drinks. He was the first bartender in Kentucky Derby history to serve mocktails. Everything’s Peachy balances the flavor of sweet peaches with ginger and cinnamon, topped off with zero-alcohol sparkling wine.
1½ oz. peach-ginger blend frozen puree, thawed
1½ oz. cinnamon simple syrup
2 oz. non-alcoholic Nosecco (sparkling wine)
Rosemary sprig, for garnish
1. In glass, stir together peach-ginger puree and cinnamon syrup.
2. Top with Nosecco and garnish with fresh rosemary sprig.
