Garlic Roasted Red Pepper Pizza has the earthy flavors of roasted garlic, roasted red peppers, rosemary and fresh mozzarella with HAND-PINCHED STYLE® Italian Sausage.
14 in. Pizza shell
1 t. Olive oil
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, fresh, torn in pieces
½ c. Roasted Red pepper, jarred, torn in strips
12 oz. Garlic cloves, roasted
5 oz. PREMORO® HAND-PINCHED STYLE® Italian Sausage, Mild, 20014
½ t. Rosemary, fresh
Brush olive oil evenly over pizza shell, up to ½ inch of edge. Layer mozzarella, red peppers, garlic, and sausage evenly over pizza area. Place in preheated 450° F conventional or pizza oven and bake 12-18 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly and beginning to brown. Remove from oven and top with rosemary.
