Muscat Grape Pisco Smash

Pisco is a grape brandy that’s produced in South America, and the Pisco Sour is often considered the national cocktail of Peru and Chile. This recipe gives the drink a fresh fruit finish with the addition of juicy grapes. Beaten egg white provides a frothy crown.
Ingredients
3 muscat grapes
1/2 oz. simple syrup
1 1/2 oz. Pisco brandy
1 oz. egg white
Dash of bitters
Green grapes for garnish
Steps
- In cocktail shaker, muddle grapes with syrup. In separate shaker, dry shake egg white.
- Add Pisco and ice to muddled grapes, then add egg white. Shake well and strain over ice into cocktail glass. Add dash of bitter, garnish with grapes and serve.
