Queso Cookies with Cinnamon

This sweet treat packs a surprise punch, with pepper cheese dip as a base ingredient.
Ingredients
Cinnamon-sugar mix
7 1/8 tbsp. granulated sugar
2 2/3 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 1/2 c. Land O Lakes® Queso Bravo® Cheese Dip with Jalapeño and Red Peppers, White
1 c. light brown sugar
1 large egg
Steps
1. Mix cinnamon and sugar thoroughly.
2. Mix dry and wet ingredients separately, then combine.
3. Scoop.
4. Roll in cinnamon-sugar mix.
5. Bake at 375 F until brown.
