Restaurant customers may be demanding more customization of orders, but a few holdout establishments are refusing to oblige. The Urbanspoon customer-reviewing site has just released a list of what it’s calling strictest restaurants in America, where customers are routinely told, “Un-huh. That’s not how we do it here.”

Here’s the list:
