The Italian restaurants on this year’s Top 100 Independents ranking run the gamut from casual concepts with small plates to high-end concepts with prix fixe offerings. As such, the average check of these restaurants varies greatly—from the $30 range to more than $100. Here are the ones that made the list this year.
