Favorite Foods Engages Bill Main to Advise its Customers



{mosimage}Inasmuch as double-digit increases in the price of wheat, corn and other food commodities have put additional pressure on restaurant operators already suffering from increased competition and a sluggish economy, Favorite Foods has engaged nationally known restaurant consultant Bill Main to speak to its customers at a special event to be held on Tuesday, April 22, at the Sheraton Portsmouth Harborside, according to the company.

Main, who regularly wrote sales training articles for ID, has more than 30 years of experience in the foodservice industry and served as president of the California Restaurant Association in 1997.
