Giada De Laurentiis to open 2nd restaurant

Celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis is opening her second restaurant.

Pronto by Giada will open inside Caesars Palace in Las Vegas sometime in early 2018. Unlike her first restaurant, Giada at The Cromwell, Pronto will feature lighter, more casual fare.

“With Pronto by Giada being my second restaurant, I wanted to do something a little different, with a more casual approach than my first restaurant,” De Laurentiis said in a statement. “This will be a great introduction to my food and brand, as it’s the lighter side of Italian with a fresh, California influence. It will be perfect for a fast bite, and then guests can go across the street for a finer-dining experience.”

Pronto will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and will include menu items such as Italian cornetti and fresh paninis.
