Moe’s Southwest Grill launches traveling restaurant

Moe’s Southwest Grill is bringing a traveling restaurant to select cities next month.

The Tour de Burrito will seat groups of 10 at a time for a one-on-one behind-the-scenes look at how Moe’s dishes are made. While aboard, guests will be able to customize their own burrito or bowl and try new salsas.

"At Moe's, we take pride in serving the freshest ingredients made in-house at each of our restaurants across the country, including seasonal salsas, roasted corn pico and handcrafted guac," said Bruce Schroder, president of Moe's Southwest Grill,in a statement. "In true Moe's style, the Tour de Burrito is an exciting opportunity to boldly show our fans a never-before-seen view into our kitchen and how we craft the delicious menu items they love."

The Tour de Burrito will be making stops in New York City, Atlanta, and Orlando and Tampa, Fla. Guests in New York will also get to experience The Great Throwdini, the world’s fastest and most accurate knife thrower.

Guests can book a reservation for the restaurant online, and the chain will also be giving away reservations on its Facebook page.
