Fazoli’s makes changes in the C-suite

Fazoli’s has made two additions to its c-suite, naming Rodney Lee as its chief financial officer and Jeff Sturgis as its chief development officer.

Sturgis earlier headed up franchise development for such entities as McAlister’s Deli, while Lee recently returned to Fazoli’s as CFO (a role he previously held at the Italian chain), which he left for a stint as CFO of the Krystal quick-service brand.

“The Fazoli's brand prides itself on recruiting and fostering the talents of some of the most dedicated and gifted executives in the industry,” Carl Howard, CEO of Fazoli's, said in a statement. "In review of what we have been able to accomplish in the past year, we are enthusiastically looking forward to seeing what these exceptional industry veterans are able to bring to the table moving forward.”

The fast casual also promoted its senior brand director, Jodie Conrad, to vice president of marketing in September.
