A Seattle taco truck became a most welcome sight recently after a propane tanker rolled over, spurring a multi-hour traffic snarl on Interstate 5.
The bright green Tacos El Tajin truck happened to be in the middle of the mess. So, like making guacamole when life gives you a surplus of avocados, taco truck owner Thomas Lopez simply opened for business.
“We’re ready to serve food, everywhere,” Lopez told The Seattle Times.
