Brio debuts 4 new Bar Bites

Brio Tuscan Grille has added four new Bar Bites to its bar menu.

The new menu items are a Bruschetta Trio (roasted red pepper, sliced steak and seasonal bruschetta), Warm Margherita Dip (four-cheese blend, tomato compote, Reggiano, basil and grilled ciabatta), Buffalo Chicken Nachos (cheddar cheese sauce, creamy horseradish, gorgonzola, green onions, celery and housemade potato chips) and Crispy Shrimp Brio (spicy remoulade, green onions).

Guests will be able to purchase the new dishes Monday through Friday during select hours at the restaurant’s bar area.

"Brio's bar is a friendly, welcoming area where guests can stop by for a short drink and bite to eat, or spend a few hours enjoying time with friends or co-workers," Culinary Director & Chef Alison Peters said in a statement. "We're pleased to continuously offer new features on our bar menu, such as the four new Bar Bite items, which our chefs specially created with our guests' tastes in mind."
