Tacos, tequila and whiskey—these three things have proved a winning combination for this Ohio-based casual Mexican restaurant chain. The brand is slated to open a new location in Detroit at the end of 2017. Bakersfield’s menu focuses on traditional Mexican dishes like mole tacos, short rib tostadas and tortas. But Bakersfield’s big draw is the bar program, which features more than 100 tequilas and American whiskeys.
