This year, still enhancing store counts, Mod Pizza has been bulking up its corner office, recruiting experienced executives in marketing and operations. The chain touts a strong employee culture and differentiators like organic dough, housemade sauce and hand-spun shakes, plus the fact that customers can load on any toppings they like for the same price.
