Cardinal Restaurant Supply, a member of UniPro, was the 44th largest distributorship in the country with $118 million in sales last year, down from $119 million the previous year and $123 million in 2004.

It staffed 10 DSRs, stocked 5,600 SKUs in a 156,000-sq-.ft. warehouse that were marketed to 13,000 customers.
