Wolfe discusses the challenges operators are having today finding good sites for their restaurants. He also talks about where lease rates are going and what the market is expected to look like in the coming years as the business shifts to focus on more takeout and less dine-in traffic.

Wolfe has been with Marcus & Millichap since 2001. He specializes in the sale of single-tenant properties and shopping centers and has helped sell about 525 properties.
