Shake Shack teamed up with Mama’s Too!, a popular neighborhood pizzeria in New York City, for a new LTO. The Mama’s Too! burger will be offered Thursday only, sold exclusively at Shake Shack’s original outdoor location in Madison Square Park.

The limited-time item features a double cheeseburger topped with stracciatella cheese, spicy ’nduja tomato sauce, bitter greens and crispy garlic. The burger is layered on the pizzeria’s housemade focaccia baked with parmesan, mozzarella and rosemary.

Shake Shack’s culinary team and CEO Randy Garutti collaborated with Frank Tuttolomondo of Mama’s Too! to develop the burger.

“We had such a blast working with Mama’s Too! while looking to strike that perfect balance between two classics—burgers and pizza,” said Mark Rosati, Shake Shack’s culinary director. “In the end, we wanted to create something really fun and highlight the best from both worlds by focusing on Frank’s incredible long-fermented dough, as well as our Shack beef blend, at the heart of this collab.”

The Mama’s Too! Burger is selling for $10.49 and is available by ordering ahead for pickup through Shake Shack’s app.
