BOISE, ID (December 31, 2011)—Golbon, the foodservice marketing group, is pleased to announce the addition of Hometown Provisions, Inc. to their family of distributor members, effective January 1, 2012.

Hometown Provisions, Inc., is an independent, family-owned business, with over 30 years of experience distributing a wide variety of food products to more than 500 customers in southeastern Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware.

The company, Hometown Provisions, as it is known today has been in existence since 2005, when Richard P. Rote & Sons and Mellinger Foods merged. Since 2005, the company has grown into a regional distributor of over 4,000 food and paper products.
