Jones Dairy Farm introduces a new line of All Natural Uncooked Breakfast Sausage. Developed from the original family recipe using premium cuts of pork, salt and spices, the new sausage is free of artificial ingredients, fillers, gluten, allergens and chemical preservatives such as MSG, BHA and BHT. Made from whole muscle pork instead of ground trim, Jones sausage also offers a 10 to 20 percent yield advantage over the competition since there is less fat to fry away.

Rational is making grilling more efficient with CombiGrill grids for its SelfCooking Center. This equipment enables kitchens to cook up to 108 steaks or fish fillets at once without turning. The SelfCooking Center also detects product-specific requirements, size of the food to be cooked and load size, and other details. It’s available in six sizes.
