In the past, Noodles and Co. has on this day offered a free small bowl of spaghetti with the purchase of an entree, and Fazoli’s has celebrated the occasion by giving a free dish of spaghetti to customers who buy a medium drink.
With many schools and businesses closed on this day, operators can make the most of the extra foot traffic by offering discounts on Martin Luther King Jr. Day itself or all weekend long.
