So it offered chili cheese fries that showcased regional tastes from across the country, such as Tex-Mex Chili Cheese Fries with green chile aioli and jalapenos to highlight the flavors of San Antonio. It was a hit with both regulars and new customers alike, CMO Doug Koegeboehn told RB.
