Because different people define “healthy” different ways, this ranking of the top brands does as well. Technomic’s Consumer Brand Metrics study asks customers to rate the chains they frequent on a multitude of attributes, including “healthy options are available” and “serves natural, organic, sustainable or responsibly sourced menu items and ingredients.” Here are the top QSRs and fast-casual brands, along with the percentage of consumers who gave each chain a top-box rating.
