East Coast Wings & Grill names Stacey Kane CMO

East Coast Wings & Grill has promoted Stacey Kane to chief marketing officer, the casual-dining brand announced Monday.

Kane, who joined the chain as vice president of marketing early last year, will oversee the brand’s positioning and digital marketing efforts, with a growing emphasis on analytics, franchise sales and brand culture, East Coast Wings & Grill said.

“Upon joining the company, [Kane] implemented both national and localized strategies, which have had a positive effect on sales,” Sam Ballas, CEO of East Coast Wings & Grill, said in a statement. “It’s been a pleasure watching her ignite the progression and growth of East Coast Wings & Grill, in addition to her personal brand development.”

Prior to joining 80-unit East Coast Wings & Grill, Kane held positions at chains including Poland-based AmRest Restaurants, California Tortilla and Subway.

“Working for East Coast Wings & Grill has allowed me to remain extremely creative, while really diving into data and what drives consumer behavior,” Kane said. “I look forward to continue working with the talented East Coast Wings team and making a difference with an emerging brand.”
