What’s The Next Hot Flavor?

Sriracha. Nashville hot chicken. Kale. While relatively mainstream now, these flavors were once uncommon. Because many of today’s consumers are trend seekers, it can pay off to be on the early wave of trends poised to go mainstream, either in an LTO or permanent menu item. So how can operators identify those flavors that will excite guests and set their menus apart, thus driving traffic?
