57 Taco Bells sold

Fifty-seven Taco Bell locations have been sold by OCAT LLC, a 50-year-old Taco Bell franchise operator based in Modesta Calif., to fellow franchisee Pacific Bells. The price and other terms were not disclosed. The deal leaves OCAT with 55 units.  

The transaction was handled by Los Angeles-based investment firm Trinity Capital.
