Fat Brands will pay $2.5M to settle shareholder lawsuit

The owner of Johnny Rockets and Twin Peaks also agreed to issue $500,000 in stock to settle complaints over statements related to the investigation of CEO Andy Wiederhorn.

The company, which also owns Del Taco, said sales accelerated at the end of last quarter, while more dining rooms reopen and supply chain disruptions ease.
