Hwy 55 launches new menu

Hwy 55 Burgers, Shakes & Fries has launched a new menu available nationwide beginning today.

The menu features four made-to-order salads:

  • Spicy Shrimp Salad (mixed greens, red cabbage, cucumbers, sliced egg, shredded carrots, fried onion straws, cherry tomatoes and spicy shrimp).
  • Hwy 55 Cobb (mixed greens, red cabbage, shredded carrots, cherry tomatoes, bacon, sliced egg, fried onion straws, cucumbers, shredded cheese, and topped with grilled or hand-breaded chicken).
  • Garden Salad (mixed greens, red cabbage, shredded carrots, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, shredded cheese and fried onion straws). 
  • Garden Salad with Chicken (mixed greens, red cabbage, shredded carrots, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, shredded cheese, fried onion straws, and topped with grilled or hand-breaded chicken).


Guests also have the option to enjoy the chain’s new BLT (bacon with lettuce, tomato, mayo, salt and pepper served on sourdough bread), The Moose Chicken Cheesesteak (sliced tender chicken with crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, provolone and American cheese) and tater tots, as well as two new burger options: an All-American Cheeseburger (1/3-pound, never-frozen burger topped with mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, pickle and choice of American, provolone or pepper Jack cheese) and a Carolina Classic Cheeseburger (1/3-pound, never-frozen burger topped with mustard, onions, chili, slaw and choice of American, provolone or pepper Jack cheese).

In addition to the new menu items, the fast-casual chain is also bringing back its Straight Cut Fries due to consumer demand and making all of its menu items combo options.
