Sure, we’ve all had those times when we couldn’t decide between a burger, fish or chicken. McDonald’s will let you get all three. On the same sandwich.

The burger chain is introducing four new “menu hacks” developed by customers starting Monday—including the “Land, Air & Sea,” a Big Mac that includes a McChicken and a Filet-o-Fish, in addition to the regular Big Mac ingredients.

There is also the “Hash Brown McMuffin,” a Sausage McMuffin that features a Hash Brown that will be available only during breakfast.

The “Crunchy Double” is Chicken McNuggets topped with a Double Cheeseburger and barbecue sauce. Finally, the “Surf & Turf” combines a Double Cheeseburger and a Filet-o-Fish. That one is available only through the McDonald’s app and delivery.

Customers have been able to create these items themselves through special orders, but they will be available “by name” for a limited time. In the process, the company is highlighting customers’ ability to create their own items from McDonald’s menu.

The Chicago-based chain worked with social influencers, such as Sarah Sandlin, who created the Hash Brown McMuffin, or Greg Simms, who created the Crunchy Double.

It follows McDonald’s celebrity-centered “Famous Orders” menu that featured some unique items preferred by celebrities such as Travis Scott.

“From hip-hop icons to Christmas queens, everyone has a unique, go-to McDonald’s order, including our everyday customers,” Jennifer Healan, VP of U.S. marketing, brand content and engagement said in a statement. “This campaign shows that it has never been ‘our menu.’ The menu belongs to our fans.”
