Teaming up with professional sports this fall, the chain launched concession stands at Times Union Center in Albany, N.Y., and Ralph Wilson Stadium in Buffalo, N.Y., becoming the official sauce of the Buffalo Bills. In late 2014, Dinosaur Bar-B-Que offset increasing labor costs and strengthen its purchasing power by forming a back-office partnership with Jim ‘N Nick’s Community Bar-B-Q.
