This old-fashioned ice cream chain—known for its century-old French pot small-batch process—has driven a major expansion of its products and retail locations since 2014. The Ohio-based concept’s ice creams can be found in grocery stores across the country, but it recently has made a grab for the national market with its retail stores. In 2015, it added nine new shops across the Midwest, including Chicago.
