NASCAR Refuel, created in partnership with Virtual Dining Concepts, will offer a menu of racetrack favorites aimed at stock car fans.

The chain revealed a virtual brand, “Little Blue Menu,” set to start in Atlanta and Nashville, but it has also trademarked names for a wing and a burger concept as well as an online grocer.

The online-only concepts will be key to the company's goal of reaching 100% digital transactions, and CEO Noah Glass says they're not going away.
