WaBa Grill touts its devotion to healthy cuisine by making diners aware of its use of skinless, fat-trimmed chicken, lightly steamed veggies and other additive-free ingredients. The rice bowls and teriyaki plates are cooked fresh to order using no oil, resulting in a low-fat entree that’s still ready in what WaBa calls “on the go” speed. The chain also has announced ambitious expansion goals.
