The Plano, Tex.-based fast casual grew its footprint by a quarter in 2020. It now extends to 15 locations in Arizona and Texas, with four more in the pipeline. Its menu focuses on healthy options including salads, bowls and sandwiches as well as fresh juices. During the pandemic, it used federal stimulus money to start its own delivery operation. It also launched a loyalty program.
