Founded in 2015, Asian fast casual Pokeworks has seen more than 50% growth in both sales and locations over the last three years and has plans to expand throughout North America and internationally by franchising. The chef-driven concept differentiates its poke menu through signatures and limited-time bowls that draw on Hawaii's culinary culture and other world cuisines. Seoul Poke, for example, is layered with kimchi and pickled ginger for a Korean-style LTO. Grilled chicken is available as a cooked option in both curated and customized bowls.

Sustainability is key to Pokeworks' mission, with a focus on responsibly caught seafood and the use of reclaimed wood in construction and furnishing of new units.
