Signatures include the original pita burger, fresh fish filet sandwich, tenderloin tips dinner and souvlaki somora dinner. Fresh salads, including Greek and Grilled Chicken Chef, are crowd favorites, too. The privately held Showmars also prides itself on quality service. Units are freestanding in suburban locales, averaging 3,500 to 4,000 square feet.
