The health-focused fast casual is in the middle of a growth spurt; it announced in late November that it plans to open 160 franchised units in 2015. But it’s not just resting on expansion to build business. The chain continues to update its menu to stay on top of trends, adding a line of nutrient-dense juices in January and starting a test of frozen kefir at select units in late March, all in line with its goal of serving energizing meals and snacks to on-the-go diners.
