This Australian coffee concept—which bills itself as a "classic Australian cafe experience"—debuted in the U.S. in New York City in 2013. It's since expanded into a number of different formats, including coffee shops and cafes that have larger menus, plus beer and wine. The chain is also capitalizing on the retail space: It offers a coffee subscription program as well as sells its coffee wholesale.
