The fast-casual chain continued to push the envelope this year. The sausage chain, which finished 2019 with 50 locations, some of them inside virtual kitchens, reached into its bag of tricks during the pandemic to give its operators additional takeout-only brands, called The Absolute Brands, which provided an extra sales boost for franchisees.
