The name "Just Salad" has been stretched during the past year. Even before the coronavirus pandemic, the chain announced it would also serve as a virtual bowl concept called Health Tribes. When dining rooms were closed, the operation extended its reach into the retail sphere with Just Grocery, featuring toilet paper, ground coffee and eggs.
