In the fast-casual Mexican category, Dos Toros has built a loyal fan base that is attracted to the brand's youth-oriented culture as much as its scratch-made food. That niche sets it apart from other megachains, says co-founder Leo Kremer. In January, Chopt Creative Salad Co. acquired Dos Toros. The two concepts were combined into a new holding company called Founders Table Restaurant Group.
