The actual lost Cajun is Griff Griffin, a former bayou fish-camp operator and true Louisianan who had wandered into the hamlet of Frisco, Colo., in search of medical care for his wife, Belinda, who hurt her back during a road trip. Griffin opened a casual restaurant featuring authentic New Orleans cuisine.
