Mo'Bettahs is now based in Utah, but it was started in 2008 by two brothers who grew up on Oahu and wanted to bring the food and spirit of Hawaii to the mainland. All the restaurants are decorated with surfboards and paddles that come from the islands, and the menu is inspired by family favorites. The traditional Hawaiian plate lunch is a signature, and catering is a growing part of the business.
