This Tex-Mex concept has 22 locations scattered across the Southeast and is planning additional openings in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina. Its menu is built around burritos, tacos and quesadillas that can be personalized with a variety of toppings. This summer, it moved its headquarters to Alpharetta, Ga., and opened a new flagship restaurant nearby.
